He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Petrunich and Catherine Petrunich. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Kish); his children, Michael Petrunich (Arlene) of Largo, FL and Jeanie Otten (Phil) of College Gove, TN; his grandchildren, Zach Otten (Macy), Eric Otten (Jackie), Danielle Petrunich (Taylor Wagner) and Anna Petrunich Zipf (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Jean, Tucker and Durham Otten.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1930 Barberry Dr, Springfield, IL 62704). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christopher House. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
