He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dunkus, and Amelia Dunkus, Sr. (Schmidt); and his son Michael A. Dunkus. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Hawkins; his daughters, Melinda "Mindy" Glenn, Jr. (James) of Sherman, IL and Michelle "Shelly" Walker of LaSalle, IL; and his grandchildren, Christopher Hood (April) of Belleville, IL and Brittany Glenn of Chatham, IL. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and his cat.
