He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilmer Roy Mercer and Edna Petrea; his wife Sandra Kay Webster; his children, Lynn Carter (Mike) of New Berlin, IL., David Mercer (Angenette) and Amy Park (Kevin) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Ben, Claire Carter and Sydney Miller.
