He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin Kemp and Mildren Christina Harp Kemp; his former wife Betty Kemp; and his wife Patricia Smith. He is survived by: his children, Troy Kemp (Becky) of Chatham, Timothy Kemp of Chatham and Krystal Siddens; his grandchildren, Jamie Kemp (Amanda Keaty), Devin Kemp, Brock Kemp (Afton), Brooke Burns and Cara Siddens; and his siblings, Mary Lou Thomas, Carol Ann Peden and David Kemp. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
