He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Jim Phillips (Stephanie) of Rochester, IL and Justin Phillips of Edinburg, IL; his grandchildren, Calla, Willa and Grant; and his sisters, Sally Rogers of Stuyvesant Falls, NY and Susie Grenci of Stuyvesant Falls, NY.
