He was predeceased by: his father Glynn E. Stamper, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Christine Stamper (Elliott); his wife Vickie L. Rapps; his friend Bill W.; his daughters, Christina L. DeRamus, Alyssa Stamper and Erin Cummings; his grandchildren, Athena Cummings, Nathaniel Cummings, Ares Cummings and Isabelle DeRamus; and his siblings, Michael Stamper, Charlotte Stamper, Barbara Bryan, Sandra Williams and Renee Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
