He was predeceased by: his parents, Edris Mabie and Mabel Mabie (Wilcoxson); and his siblings, MaeBelle Joyce, Edris Mabie and Oliver Mabie.

He is survived by: his sister Joan Bohles of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
