He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Kim Haynes (Craig) and Brian Miller (Janet) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Matthew Haynes (Sonja) of Augusta, GA, Adam Haynes of Washington, DC, Carl Haynes of West Bend, WI, Katrina Miller of Auburn, IL, Amanda Miller of San Jose, CA and Anna Miller of Kokomo, IN..
