She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Judy, Dave Shipley, Francis and Viola Kulavic. She is survived by: her parents, Anthony C. Kulavic (Kayla) and Debra Macklin Kulavic (P. J. Heinen) of Springfield; her siblings, Brent Kulavic (Lauren), Nicholas Kulavic (Charlie Garza), Abigail Kulavic (Clayton Otto) and William Edwards; her nieces, Hayden and Piper Kulavic; and her grandmother Marion Boston. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
