Gregory Butler Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory Butler of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Butler; his son Christopher Butler; and his siblings, Jeff Butler and Suellen Shay. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Black Butler of Capetown; his wife Linda Butler of Springfield; his sons, Jeff Butler of St. Louis, MO and Mike Butler; his parents-in-law, Jim and Peggy Blakley of New Berlin; his brothers-in-law, Jamie Blakley (Carla) of Chatham and Don Shay of Capetown; his sibling's children, Braden, Justin, Casey Blakley, Charissa, Danielle, Emily Shay and Kaylee Ott; and his pets, Dobby and Buddy.
