Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Harold L. leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Milner and Dorena Milner (Burkett). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Milner of Springfield; his children, Leanne Milner of Los Angeles, CA and James Milner of Los Angeles, CA; his grandson Clayton Sappington; and his siblings, Burkett Milner (Beverly), Sandra Babington (Rick), Darrell Milner (Sue) and Debbie Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
