He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Unland and Helen M. Unland (Hun); his former wife Wilma "Jean" O'Neal; his children, Judith F. Rose, Patricia G. Glass and David H. Unland; and his siblings, Edwin Unland and Frances Kirchgesner.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Blakeman; his children, Ronald Unland of Springfield and Tammie Milburn (Mike) of Dawson; and his stepdaughter Dawn Beckman (Gary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and five step grandchildren.
