He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Smith and Betty Rose Smith (Davis); and his sister Sharon Rose Anne Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Meg Smith (Moore); his children, Elizabeth Lucin (Nicholas) and David Reid (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Madison and Caden.
