She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ray "Bud" and Helen Sudan Nuckols; her son Jeffrey; and her sister Phyllis Spence. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Hamilton; her grandson Geoffrey Hamilton; and her brother Jim Nuckols (Carolyn Louise). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
