She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Gray and Mildred Harris Gray; her husband Victor C. Kern; and her brothers, Harold and Lloyd Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Kern-Short of Sherman, Pam Beadle (Paul) of Indianapolis, IN and David Kern (Daryl) of Chicago; her grandson Marcus (Sarita Sharma) of Troy, IL; her nieces, Rita Taylor, Suzy Cox and Jerry Lou Nuss; and her nephew Brian Gray.
