It is with sadness that the passing of Ina Jennings of Springfield, Illinois is shared. Ina, born on April 25, 1954, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wright and Betty Wright (Davis); her husband Gary Irving Jennings; and her brother Daniel Wright. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Hickman (Amy) of Plattsmouth, NE, Cathy LaSanska of Ozona, FL and Kimberly Hickman-Hanner (Matt) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Katherine Murphy (Dalton), Kim Edmonds (Rickey), Chase Chastain (Becka), Hannah Van (Nick), Hunter Hickman and Brenna Hickman; and her great grandchildren, Kalab Staley, Alijah Staley, Lyra Staley, Ellie Van, Henry Murphy and Jack Murphy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Real Life Church (2701 Hermitage Rd, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League of Springfield or to WILD Canine Rescue.
