He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Surratt and Mary Surratt. He is survived by: his brother Richard Surratt (Jana) of Springfield; his niece Elizabeth Irene White-Surratt of Hiltons, VA.; and his pets, Cletus, Hershey, Phoenix, Gracie Rose and Shadow Garcia.
