He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jr. Albers and Ethel Albers (Barrow); his wife Mary Agnes; his brothers-in-law, George Westenberger III and Edward Wellman, Jr.; and his granddaughter Mary Grace Parrini.
He is survived by: his children, James "Alex" Albers of Bloomington, Sarah Albers (James Plogger) of Springfield, Emily Daniels (Christopher) of Carmel, IN and Katherine Albers of Seattle, WA; his grandsons, Aidan Flynn, Ian Carroll, Alexander Daniels and Maxwell Daniels; and his siblings-in-law, John Westenberger of Springfield, Richard Westenberger (Betsy) of Atlanta, GA, Mary Catherine Ring of Jacksonville, Anne Wellman of Firestone, CO and Janet Vespa (Joe) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
