He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Neal and Opal Neal (Vandevanter); his wife Carol Provines; his son Jeff; and his brother Ronnie.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Neal (Louise) and Tracy Cross (Tim); his stepchildren, Denise Hubbs, Kenny Kessinger, Dante Wynn and Paul Lore (Nancy); and his siblings, Richard Neal, Janice Edwards and Wanda Neal. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
