He is survived by: his wife Donna Kozemczak; his children, James R. Hullmann, Jr. and Kimberly Johnson (Hullmann); his grandchildren, David Esslinger, Jason Hullmann and Jordyn Stiltz; his great grandchildren, Addison, Aria and London Esslinger; and his sister Betty Davis of Yelm, WA..
