He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Klos and Shirley J. Klos (Cassette). He is survived by: his wife Sue Fofi; his daughter Jessica McArthur (Alex Patterson); and his brothers, Mark Klos (Jane) and Steve Klos (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
