He is survived by: his wife Lynn of Springfield; his children, Gayle Rosenthal of St. Louis, MO, James Rosenthal, Jr. (Peggy) of Amsterdam, Michael Rosenthal of Springfield and Daniel Rosenthal (Vanessa) of O'Fallon, MO; and his stepchildren, Rick Ammons (Karen) of Las Vegas, NV, Patricia Ammons (Tom) of Springfield and Sandra Murphy (Jim) of Honduras. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
