We are sad to announce that, on October 15, 2021, at the age of 49, James Sexton of Springfield, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Sexton; and his sister Samantha L. England. He is survived by: his mother Norma Steward Sexton; his stepfather Charles Carlsen of Litchfield, IL; his children, Brett Sexton of Litchfield, IL, Kayti Sexton of Auburn, IL and John Hegel of Mt. Olive, IL; and his sister Tina Ervin (Peggy Adams) of Delaware. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
