He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Willett (Marjorie V. Miller Willett) and James; his wife Ida Mae Thomas; his siblings, Robert, Cecil, Daniel, Ernest Willett and Judy Mudd; his half-brothers, Howard and Lewis Turner; and his close friend Virginia Heckler.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Willett Phaiboun; and his granddaughter Madisyn Hall.
