He is survived by: his wife Janet Madison of Springfield; his stepchildren, Cheryl Ann Hale of Springfield and Mark Alan Dunn of Springfield; and his brother Marcus Wendt (Sandra) of Lincoln. He is also survived by five step grandchildren.
