He was predeceased by : his father Glenn Knous. He is survived by : his mother Beverly Knous (Thomson); his sister Elaine Knauer (David); and his niece Stephanie of Springfield.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (19006 IL-123, Petersburg, IL 62675).
