He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Watson and Geraldine F. Watson (Kiska); his brother Gary Watson; his aunts and uncles, Jack Watson, Nancy Watson, Virginia (Bill Kleban), Milo (Alice Watson) and Kenny (Anne Watson); and his grandson Donovan Kennedy.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly Kennedy (Kurt) of Springfield, Mark Watson (Diane) of Rochester, Quincy Watson (Lindsey) of Springfield and Kory Watson (Karen) of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler (Christi), Reed Watson (Ellie), Thea Taylor (Ryan), Drew (Kelly), Gage Swales (Barbara), Liam, Paisley, Abigail, Jordan, Willy Watson, Dakota and Eli Kennedy; his great grandchildren, Paiton, Lane, Millie, Cora, Calvin and Ridge; and his sister-in-law Carol Watson.
