She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Dunn and Mary M. Dunn (Woods); her husband Andrew Forgas; and her sisters, Helen Hartmann, Betty Sowarsh, Marcella Dahlkamp, Dorothy Neuman, Regina Welch and Peggy Rose Dunn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Snopko (Mike) of Springfield and Mary Beth Richardson (Rai) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Mike Snopko (Rachelle) of Washington, IL, Jennifer Hennig (Andy), Casey Richardson, Tess Richardson and Claire Cook (DJ) of Springfield, IL; and her sister Eleanor Novotnak of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Little Flower School or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
