He was predeceased by: his parents, James Voorhees and Bertha Voorhees (Groom). He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Voorhees (Cathy) of Springfield and Kevin Voorhees (Jennifer) of Pleasant Plains; his grandchildren, Stephanie Jewett and Kevin Alec Voorhees (Mary); his great grandchildren, LeBron, Alyvia, Coleman and Zayden; and his siblings, Martha Schou (Frank) of Spaulding, Susan Zick (Al) of Barrington Hills and Bruce Voorhees (Maxine) of Springfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
