He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sue" Kunz (Esslinger); his siblings, Frank Kunz (Glenda) of Springfield, Jeff Kunz (Janice) of Chatham and Diane Johnson (late David) of Middletown; his sisters-in-law, Debra (Arthur) of Springfield and Carol (Raymond) of Valencia, CA.; his brothers, Artie Kunz (Cathy) of Kitty Hawk, NC and James Kunz (Bethany) of Columbia, MO; and his nephews, Kenny Johnson (Michelle) of Middletown, IL, Paul Johnson (Chelsea) of Middletown, IL, Chris Kunz (Kelly) of Carmel, IN and Jim Kunz of Springfield, IL.
