He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Myron and Kathleen Vortman Long; his wife Rosemarie Feleccia; and his sister Connie Esslinger. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Long (Laura) of Springfield and Brian Long (Lori) of Sherman; his grandchildren, Valerie Scheina of Springfield, Anthony Long of Bangor, ME, Feleshia Childress (Cole) of St. Augustine, FL, Hayley Long (Jesse De Castro) of Springfield and Payton Long of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Cassidy Scheina, Bella Scheina, Bryleigh Rose Scheina and Walter Childress; his brother Larry Long of Jacksonville; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Choate of Springfield, Betty Blasko (Thomas) and Thomas Feleccia (Toni). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
