With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Mohn of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2026 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though John may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parent Marion Charles Mohn; and his brother Marion "Buz" Mohn. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Brammer Mohn of Springfield; his siblings, Tim Mohn (Julie) of Virginia, IL. and Robin (John Leezer) of Springfield; and his nieces and nephews, Tasha Mohn (Aaron), Garrett Mohn and Taylor Blanton (Kim Courtney) of Springfield. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
