He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell (Jim) and Anna Mae Bell (Davidson); his siblings, Jo Anne (Ed), Vicki (Rick), Jim and Bob (Edie); and his sister-in-law Brenda.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Yoakum (Sue); his brothers, Richard (Mike) and David; his daughters, Cindy (Travis) and Nikki (James); his grandchildren, Shadrik, Molly, Shamus, Ilan, Jake and Alexis; and his great grandchild Alora (Bean). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
