He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis M. Perschke and Betsy Graaf Perschke; and his siblings, Robert Perschke and Laura Bleich. He is survived by: his children, Patty Young of Springfield, Peggy Ogle (James "Red") of Waukegan, IL and John Perschke, Jr.; his stepchildren, Erin Cox (Randy) of Springfield and Eric Wise (Wendy) of St. Peter's, MO; his grandchildren, Peter Young (Angela), Edward Kofoed (Alexa), Shannon Kofoed, Grace Stowell (Ben), Emma Cox, Sarah Wise and Adam Wise; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Barrett and Braxton Kofoed; and his brother Louis Perschke.
