He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schofield and Florence Schofield (Campbell); his wife Donna Jean Dabney; and his daughter Tami Schofield. He is survived by: his children, Dick Schofield of Camdenton, MO and Kim Werth (Dennis) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jason (Julia), Hillary (Morgan), Hannah Werth, Haley Whitehurst (Chad Oldridge), Gracie Werth (Al), Hank, Hayden and Millie Schofield; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Judah Werth, Pyper, Audrey Oldridge and Riley Schofield. He is also survived by his family, his friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Processing Center, P.O. Box 96011.
