He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. John and Mary C. Shutt; and his great-grandparents, Wendell and Freda Wright. He is survived by: his parents, John P. Shutt and Christina Shutt Jr. (Thompson); his brother Christopher Shutt; his grandmother Candace Thompson of Kansas City, MO; his uncle Jim; and his aunts, Pam Keller of New Jersey, Allison Shutt of Arkansas and Deborah Shutt of New York.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR.
