He is survived by: his children, Mark J. Curry (Nancy) of Cincinnati, Kevin M. Curry (Shari) of Naples, Tim P. Curry (Kim), Jerry P. Curry (Charlotte), J. Christopher (Cathy), David E. (Gina) and Mary Jo Curry (Michael Rapier) of Springfield; his brother-in-law Jerry Harbauer (Eileen) of Oak Brook; and his caregiver Pawlos Agdubay. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (800 Adlai Stevenson Dr, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (2001 N 1st St, Springfield, IL 62702).
