He was predeceased by: his parents, Alby Stasukinas and Vera Stasukinas; his wife Frances Marie Stasukinas; his sons, Jerry Jr. and Andrew Stasukinas; and his great grandchild Andrew Smith.

He is survived by: his daughter Sherrie Smith of Springfield; his grandchildren, Justin Smith (Crystal) of Lake St, Katie Andel (Sam) of Springfield and Brittany Smith of Edwardsville; his brother John Stasukinas; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Bennett Smith; and his niece Vanessa Hebda.
