She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bethel and Helen Bethel (Hoffman); and her husband Dale E. Cole. She is survived by: her son Brett; her granddaughter Ashley Sims; and her close friend Donna Rechner. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Joyce's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
