She was predeceased by: her parents, Thompsie Baker and Vesta Marr Baker; her husband Curtis J. Rushing; and her son Paul Edward Rushing. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Rushing (Robin) of Dawson, James W. Rushing (Debbie) of Springfield and Todd Rushing (Krista) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Eric Rushing, Kelly Carter, Chad Rushing, Anna Rushing, Daniel Rushing and Sophia Rushing; her great grandchildren, Jack Rushing, Kate Rushing, Maggie Carter, Beth Carter, Branko Rushing and Novak Rushing; and her sister Bette Merrill of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
