She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, G. Byron Austin and T. Maxine Gibbs; her husband James M. Brooks; her children, Susan B. Needham of Pleasant Plains and J. Jeffrey Brooks of Springfield; her grandson Travis J. Powell (Brea) of Pleasant Plains; her great grandchildren, Tyson, Eli and Ivy Powell; her sister Sandra J. Stelzer of Springfield; and her grandson Joshua D. Powell. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
