He is survived by: his mother Cindy Lou Hartmann of Leicester, NC; his daughters, Jasmine Lee Hartmann and Jayden Elaine Reynolds-Seitz; the parent of his children Selina M. Reynolds; his brothers, Alan Simmons of Batavia, IL, Karl L. Simmons and Brian B. Simmons of Batavia, IL; and his grandfather Richard Karl Hartmann of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
