With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karin Patrice O'Brien of Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Gretchen O'Brien (Meyer). She is survived by: her father Robert J. O'Brien; her siblings, James P. O'Brien (Angela Tin), William O'Brien (Barbara), Mary T. O'Brien and Jacqueline O'Brien (Thomas Apke); her nephews, Brendan O'Brien (Vidya Fleetwood), Robert O'Brien (Meghan) and Eric O'Brien; her great-nieces, June and Margot; and her uncle John F. O'Brien (Jack).
