In the vast expanse of eternity, may Kay find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Maddox and Lorena Maddox (Sutherd); and her siblings, Wanda Kluckman, William and Thomas Maddox.

She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Jo Scarlette (Ken) of Springfield; and her granddaughters, Addison and Sterling Scarlette. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League or to a charity of the donor's choice.
