He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fox; his brothers, David Bruce Kuhnke (Michelle) of Tampa, FL., Mark Kuhnke (Janet) of Springfield and Kurt Kuhnke (Lisa) of Leawood, KS.; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Kuhnke of Herrin, IL. and John Fox (Barb). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
