With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kitty Heckenkamp (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on August 11, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Frazier and Kathryn Frazier (Clough); her brother Stanley Frazier; and her husband Joseph Heckenkamp. She is survived by: her children, Kerry James Heckenkamp (Patty) of Chatham, Kitty Jo Ramirez (Roger) of Springfield, Karen June New (Steve) of Colleyville, TX, Kathy Jean Sanderson (Monty) of Chatham and Kelly Joy Marcontell (Donnie) of Westlake, TX; and her grandchildren, Maria, Libby, Rusty, Tracy, Adam, Sara, Nicole, Tyler, Travis, Brandi, Rebbecca, Carter and Chandler. She is also survived by 27 great- grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
