He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace Smith and Maud Smith. He is survived by: his wife Avis Graham; his sons, Khary, Lenworth Jr. and Krishna; and his siblings, Nerisa, Annmarie (Herbert), Aldine (Michael), Debra (Richard), Leonie (Shawn), Melody, Devon (Daydre), Gladstone and Gregory. He is also survived by 5 grandkids, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives and friends.
