He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace Smith and Maud Smith. He is survived by: his wife Avis Graham; his sons, Khary, Lenworth Jr. and Krishna; and his siblings, Nerisa, Annmarie (Herbert), Aldine (Michael), Debra (Richard), Leonie (Shawn), Melody, Devon (Daydre), Gladstone and Gregory. He is also survived by 5 grandkids, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church (1405 E Monroe St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
