He was predeceased by: his wife Nina L. Claycomb; his parents, Leslie Claycomb and Wanda Claycomb Sr.; his brothers, Ernest J. and Curtis D. Claycomb; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Elston and Sandra Luster.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Gregory Horn (Cindy), Bruce Elston Sr., William Luster Sr., Jeannie Miller Claycomb and Vicky Vespa Claycomb; Constance Dampier of Lakeland, GA, Steven Imlay (Beth) of Riverton, IL, Kimberly Earl Suiter (Dave) and Leslie D. Claycomb III. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
