He is survived by: his wife Frances Bell (Pimpton) of Springfield; his children, Les Davis III of Texas, Robert Pimpton of Springfield, Lincoln Brown of Springfield, Edneathe Payne (Avery) of Memphis, TN, Leslie Bell of Springfield, Softonia Brown of Springfield and Michelle Davis of Springfield; and his siblings, Freddie Bell (Ella Louise) of Springfield, Tommie Bell of Springfield, Eddie Bell, Larry Bell, Jimmie Bell of Mount Bayou, MS., Leon Bell of Memphis, Willie Bell (Evelyn) of St. Louis, MO., Jewel Wells (Bell) of Decatur, IL and Earlean Bell of Springfield.
