She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jacoby and Elsie Ferguson; her spouse Orland Sharp; her sister Audrey Thompson; and her son-in-law Richard Oglesby.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Sutton (Philip) of Mahomet, IL, Judith Oglesby of Springfield, IL and Matthew Sharp (Della); her sister Patricia Craig of Hilmar, CA; her grandchildren, Angie Lindsey (Jef), Brad Sutton (Mandy), Eric Sutton (Muneba), Steve Freitag (Mallory), Hayley Pollock (Jeff) and Evan Sharp; and her great grandchildren, Max Lindsey, Alexa Sutton, Ben Sutton, Charles Lindsey, Brooke Freitag, Zayne Sutton, Sam Freitag, Dean Sutton and Christopher Pollock. She is also survived by niece and two nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the South Side Christian Church (2600 S MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
